PIUSI SB325 AdBlue Auto Nozzle

The SB325 AdBlue Auto Nozzle is the perfect auto nozzle for filling vehicles such as cars, vans or trucks with AdBlue. It automatically shuts off when the tank being filled is full, so you can easily avoid overfilling and spillages.

Integrated Break Away Spout

The auto nozzle also has an integrated break away spout, which is designed to detach from the nozzle if a vehicle accidentally drives away with the nozzle still in the tank.

Technical Information

It has a lightweight techno polymer casing and a stainless steel spout and is compatible with a wide range of pumps and AdBlue kits such as the suzzara pro IBC kit and PIUSI AdBlue trolley kit. The nozzle is capable of flow rates of up to 35 litres per minute so you can get the filling done fast. The max pressure of the nozzle is 3.5 bar and the spout outer diameter is 19mm. 

Prevents Incorrect Fuelling

This auto nozzle can also be fitted with an optional mis-filling kit spout which prevents incorrect fuelling of a vehicle. This SB325 mis-filling spout can be used with all tanks, thanks to the PIUSI Magnetic Adaptor.
